As this is a networked course, meaning we are connecting beyond the learning management system, we will use this form to collect your consent to use different technologies and social media and to invite you to share your topics of interest.

Please note SurveyMonkey is a cloud-based tool located outside of Canada. Entering your name here or on any of the aforementioned tools means that information and any other information you choose to share will be disclosed and stored on their servers. It is not practicable to identify where the servers are located for these cloud tools, except to say they are located outside of Canada (except Wordpress on opened.ca or on edtechuvic.ca and Mattermost) which are located within Canada). This is like an Instagram feed, but would be an aggregated feed of blog posts by all learners in the course who opt to subscribe their public blog posts to the blog feed.
