Compliance Stakeholder Feedback Form

Canada’s Energy Efficiency Act and Energy Efficiency Regulations are administered by Natural Resources Canada (NRCan). NRCan requires dealers to report their regulated products to the Compliance Operations team to fulfill regulatory requirements prior to import into Canada or shipment from one province or territory to another for the purpose of sale or lease.

This form's purpose is to gather feedback on NRCan's current energy efficiency reporting process, web tools and information, and surveillance activities. Your feedback will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete and will inform future improvements to the Compliance Operations program and activities to better address your needs. The feedback provided will remain anonymous and only be shared with our internal data management team.
