Please be as specific as you can about the course or program you would like to request registration in. If you would like to double-check the name of the course, program or check start dates, please visit the CNC Community & Continuing Education website.

Your request is not complete and your seat is not guaranteed until we have received payment or a sponsorship/grant application form. Once you have submitted this form you will receive a confirmation email and a follow-up within 3-5 business days* from an agent from the Office of the Registrar. Course registration is based on seat availability.  Seats are not guaranteed until we have received either payment or a sponsorship/ grant form.

Applying on Behalf of a Minor
