Freight Efficiency Questionnaire

Natural Resources Canada’s Green Freight Program is conducting a survey on freight efficiency. The survey results could inform future grants and contributions programming offered to the freight industry.

The first two questions are to gain an understanding of the fleet you represent while the remaining questions focus on your experience with the Green Freight Program and/or fuel efficiency upgrades or programming.

This survey includes multiple‑choice and open‑ended questions. Please provide as much detail as you feel comfortable sharing. The survey is anonymous and is protected under the Privacy Act.
